===== Previous campaigns =====

Just to give you an idea of what I won't be doing.
My previous excursions into FH have been on the 2nd ed heavily modified setting of The Western shores
  * The [[http://www.curufea.com/games/western/index.php#prefifth|first campaign]] involved mostly Elven characters that belonged to the royal family of the Elven Empire which ruled the entire Western Shores.  Humans were a minority race.  The only exception was a Lizardman character who was destined to become a dragon when he grew up.
    * The twist here was that the Elven Empire was an alternate timeline and the first multi-part adventure the characters completed wiped out an ancestor of theirs, changing the timeline back to the published Western Shores setting.  The players themselves were immune from paradox whilst they wore special necklaces that were designed to make them able to retrieve the magical item parts necessary.
    * Surviving characters: The Weeping Prince, The Great Dragon
  * The [[http://www.curufea.dreamhosters.com/games/sephiroth/index.php|second campaign]] involved what appeared to be a bunch of stereotypical adventures exporing a dungeon.  The adventure was called the Dungeon of Sephiroth and was run as a PBeM
    * The twist here was that 2 of the characters were Gods, 2 were potential Avatars that may become replacement Gods, and the 5th player owned the dungeon they were exploring.  Or he thought he did.  The dungeon was actually used by the most powerful God (Balance) for the regular change over of Gods.
    * Surviving characters: The Goddess of Evil, the Avatar of Good who became the Goddess of Good.
  * The [[:ws:index|third campaign]] was more pulp melodrama with quite individual characters with their own backstories, and one who was a tabula rasa.
    * The twist here was that one character was a terrorist for the God of Chaos, the character without memory was in a magical accident that stuck him in the body of a monster, through a device he invented that ended up being the McGuffin for the entire campaign and eventually resulted in an alien invasion by Tyranids.
