There's one spot in one of the public rooms (bar, restaurant, lobby, ???) that keeps turning up with a wet spot—a tiny little “pool” of water no more than a couple inches across. The staff has checked all the plumbing, etc., and no-one can account for water accumulating right there.
This would be a minor annoyance save for one thing: the water is always ruddy, as if it bore a lot of dissolved iron-rust . . .
Or a little blood.
