==== Werewolf Tribes ====
There is more than stalks the night than the restless dead. Union City is the front line in a long war between werewolves. The Lycan and the Garou battle for control and domination of the streets but neither side has been able to pull out a clear cut victory. 

==== Lycans ====
  * **Gabriel:** The leader of the Lycans is an imposing figure in just about every possible way - he stands well over 6 foot, with a hard muscular build, and he radiates a feral quality that makes most mortals extremely uncomfortable. He works tireless with the tribe to alter things through legal channels but when terribly frustrated, he can twist-off into an inhuman rage.  


==== Garou ====
  * **Howler:** The leader of the Garou could not be more different than his enemy, he is sleek, lean, and made of smoke. He isn't human and rarely does he ever try to pass as one.
