Gets a +1 for all jump attempts and can jump 1 further than base move. Cumulative.

Can try for multiple successes per maneuver attempt. Add +3 for each extra success attempting. If this roll is missed, add +1 OOC for each extra success attempted in addition to normal OOC generated. For example, the Galactic Exterminator is a size 12 ship moving 6. The target number for a single success is 18. For 2 successes it is 21, 3 is 24. If the pilot was going for 2 successes and ended up with a 20, there would be 2 OOC generated.
