Some weapons and armor are crafted with such precision that they exceed the original specifications and designs in many ways. Any item crafted by a character with an 18- skill roll, who rolls a 3 on his skill roll has created a Master-Crafted Item. Weapons will have +1 DC, Armor has +1 DEF and the item will make full use of any special materials used in its contruction. These should be noted in the Construct, but a character paying points for the item gets the improved version for the original cost.

Gungnir - Odin's rune-carved spear
