In charge of the madhouse
Ever since the noted highborn dilitante and alchemist, Sir Thomas Lauder Brunton was placed as the governor of Wormwood Scrubs, the prison has had a pristine record. There are no inmate riots, let alone complaints. There have been no cases of Plague outbreak. Hell, there haven't been any deaths at all.
The prison is operating smoothly, efficiently and under budget. The books are kept neat and tidy, the savings being made in the logistical area of consumables have been neatly proportioned out into other areas so as not to cause suspicion.
